T15 80L AIR SEEDER
Seeder for small and large seeds/cover crops/microgranulator, with blower and descent by pipes.
Can be placed on all types of soil working implements or harrows.
Tank capacity: 80 liters.
1 to 10 outlets of your choice.
Please note that the device cannot operate without the addition of a control box (standard box or DPA).
The T15 distributor is equipped with a blower driven by a 12-volt electric motor.
Flow rate adjustment via electrical box in the cabin (optional).
An electric gear motor drives the feed roller for seed distribution. The rotation speed of the feed roller is adjusted to regulate the flow rate.
The air flow transfers the seed into the flexible corrugated pipes with an internal diameter of 25 mm.
At the pipe outlet, to better disperse the seed, it is preferable to use spreader plates.
The working width of each spreader plate is 50 cm to 1 meter depending on the height set: They must be installed so that the seeds cross each other.
Supplied with a green low flow feed roller (various feed rollers available).
4 fixing points are provided under the distributor to facilitate installation on the implement.
T15 80L OPTIONS
A standard control box with three switches: The first switch for starting the blower. A second switch with an indicator light for starting and stopping the distribution at the end of the field. And the last is a thumbwheel switch with graduation from 0 to 30 for the flow rate, adjustable directly from the cabin.
A DPA with sensor to be positioned either on a wheel, on one end of the roller or on the back of a disc.
A DPA with ISO socket taking information from the tractor on the 7-pin socket.
And a DPA with a GPS antenna which is positioned outside the cabin (provided with a lift cut-off option).
There are 4 types of feed rollers: White (very low flow), Green (low flow), Yellow (medium flow) and Red (high flow). For a higher flow, choose the medium flow yellow groove and/or the high flow red groove.
The spreader plates to better disperse the seeds.
The 25 meter pipe roll, diameter 25 mm.
Pipe supports to modify/change the working width.
A mounting base that fits the T15 chassis.
The loading platform
It is possible to mount a slow 15 rpm distribution motor on request, according to your needs.
